Simplified:1.Up and Down

                   3. All Around
                   4-7 North South East West
                                         8.Back
                                         9. Forth   
The seven most know are
Up, down (path, red), in, out (breath, blue), all around (here/hear), north, south, east and west (four directions/stone) The two extra directions to make nine are back and forth (the winds or tides; respiration/breathing)
